Defective Equipment Claims

We believe that all work equipment should be safe to use, and have adequate testing and regular maintenance and inspection. The consequences of using defective equipment, particularly over a long period of time, can be very serious. It can lead to a number of injuries, including hearing and sight loss, vibration white finger (or HAV), and serious illness caused by the inhalation of poisonous fumes.
